Parcels should be received within 3-5 working days of purchase.

If you would like to exchange please contact us by emailing with the details of your concern. 

If you would like to issue a refund, please contact us so we can help you more efficiently. Read below for more information.

All promotional codes will be at checkout. Some promotions may apply automatically.

Fair Use

Any abuse of the return policy can result in the suspension of the account and any associated accounts.

How to 

1. Please contact us as soon as possible with the nature of your concern.

2. Refunds need to be within 30 days of the purchase and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required to process.

3. You are responsible for the return of your product. We will need to receive your product before we can process a refund. Though it’s not required, we do recommend purchasing tracking services for your protection and to also hold on to the proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

4. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.
